i used to be proud, that my schooldays, giving a lottttttt of freedom, helped us not to become one-dimensional in the pursuit of marks/career/money. i thought the freedom it permitted....the lesser focus/emphasis it placed on education and marks, probably allowed us to retain the neutral view/ undistorted perspective on everything we faced in life! i thought it let us be free to explore everything neutrally, undaunted, unbiased. it permitted us to approach everything critically; it asked us to analyze everything; taught us to evaluate everything whoever may say whatever.
but...seems i was wrong! seems....i can nomore be proud of it. because...........my school and its education had probably failed to live upto those above mentioned generalizations.
a classmate, who is toooo patriotic...., who shares a lot of trolls in whatsapp against politicians( more arrows to DMK leaders, of course... a few to others) forwarded this in school group! this followed the udumalaippettai murder related forwards! this protested against those who proposed to do away with casteism!
sure, we must read WHAT those arguments were....., also we must know WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY those arguments??!
against intercaste marriages!
